Abstract:
To provide a frame curing material which prevents the occurrence of fouling in a concrete construction joint part.
The concrete frame curing material comprises a wax emulsion to be applied on the inner surface of the concrete frame as a thin film. The emulsion forms a wax membrane 100 μm or below in thickness and 50°C or below in dropping point when concrete is solidified. The wax emulsion can be mixed with a low-viscosity natural wax and/or beeswax. The wax emulsion is applied on the inner surface of the frame to pile a plurality of layers. The thickness of the wax membrane can be adjusted.
