Abstract:
To improve a compressive force and increase a strength even under a condition where a high compressive force acts.SOLUTION: A segment 2 includes a high-strength concrete portion 15 that includes a reinforced frame 16 and is made of concrete, an ultra-high strength concrete portion 14 that includes joint surfaces 7 disposed on both sides of the high-strength concrete portion 15 and having a higher strength than the high-strength concrete portion 15 and includes a main reinforcement 18 of the reinforced frame 16 extended inside. A wire mesh 17 is disposed between the high-strength concrete portion 15 and the ultra-high strength concrete portion 14. The reinforced frame 16 is disposed in a frame, and the coarse wire meshes 17 are disposed on both ends thereof. Concrete C is installed and hardened in a space between the wire meshes 17 in the frame, and the high-strength concrete portion 15 is manufactured. Thereafter the concrete C with a large proportion of cement than the space on both sides of the high-strength concrete portion 15 is installed and the ultra-high strength concrete portion 14 is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
