Title:
CONCRETE FOR PACKING IN TUBULAR ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3740596
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to well place concrete into an element which is formed to a tubular shape and is extended and arranged in a horizontal direction without the occurrence of material sepn. by grouting the concrete specified in slump flow value and plastic viscosity into the element.
SOLUTION: The slump flow value of the concrete grouted into the element of 20 to 40 m in the length which is formed to the tubular shape and is extended and arranged in the horizontal direction is set at 55 to 65 cm and the plastic viscosity thereof at 65 to 72 Pa/s. The concrete composed of cement, water, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and admixture is used as the concrete for grouting. Portland cement, white cement, etc. are used for the cement and city water is used for the water. Mounting sand, crushed sand, etc. are used for the fine aggregate and crushed stones, gravel, etc. for the coarse aggregate. Further, a high-performance AE water-reducing agent (polycarboxylic acid system, etc.), is used for enhancing fluidity and the admixture (fine powder of blast furnace slag, etc.), thickener (glycol-based thickener, etc.), are used in order to impart a material sepn. resistance characteristics.
