Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent flow-out of ready-mixed concrete and occurrence of void by a method wherein a connecting tube is connected to a ready-mixed concrete receiving tube of a form, a plug is supplied from a plug supply port, ready- mixed concrete is supplied from a ready-mixed concrete supply tube be placed in the form, and the supply tube is blocked by the plug.
CONSTITUTION: A receiving tube 10 is mounted on a form 1 and connected to a connecting tube 13. A rod 18 of a cylinder 17 is operated in the connecting tube 13 to supply a plug 19-1 from a plug supply port 15 to interrupt the supply of ready-mixed concrete from a ready-mixed concrete supply tube 14. Succeedingly, the plug 19-1 is moved to a position where it does not block the supply tube 14. The plug 19-1 is constrained in the connecting tube 13 by a presser cylinder 25, and a next plug 19-2 is supplied. At this time, the plug 19-1 disposed on a position where it does not interrupt communication to the supply tube 14 is constrained in the connecting tube 13 by a presser pin 24 of the cylinder 25, thereby preventing ready-mixed concrete 5 from flowing into the plug supply port 15 or out of the connecting tube 13.
