Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete reinforcing material to be disposed near a surface of a concrete structure, wherein the material can be easily disposed at a suitable position along the inner surface of a form at placing concrete, and which is sufficiently expectant in an adhering force to the concrete.
SOLUTION: A net 11 formed by weaving strings obtained by bundling nonmetallic fibers such as an aramid or the like is coated or impregnated with an epoxy resin. A silica sand 12 is adhered so as to be substantially uniformly distributed. The net 11 which uses strings using aramid fibers in three or four directions is desired. Such a concrete reinforcing material is disposed so as to be contacted along the inner surface of the form before placing the concrete, and the concrete is placed to embed the material. A craze of the concrete is controlled and releasing of a concrete piece is prevented by the reinforcing material 1.
