To attach a water jet to various construction surfaces securely, simply and quickly.SOLUTION: In this method, a plurality of electric vacuum suction pads A are attached to a plurality of predetermined places of an attaching surface of a Y-direction rail R1 so as to support the Y-direction rail R1 at an installation position of the Y-direction rail R1 together with an X-direction guide rail R2, a travel device D, and a water jet J.
