To provide concrete for which a large amount of a waste material or a material originated from the waste material can be used.
The concrete contains a pulverized material of a fired material in which 10-100 pts. mass of 2CaO-Al2O3-SiO2(C2AS) is contained to 100 pts. mass of 2CaO-SiO2 (C2S), and the content of 3CaO-Al2O3(C3A) is ≤20 pts. mass, cement and aggregate. In the concrete, the waste material is used as a portion or the whole of the aggregate. The fired material can be produced by using at least one selected from industrial waste materials, municipal waste materials and soil generated by construction, as a raw material. Molten slag produced by melting at least one of municipal refuse, municipal refuse incinerated ash, and incineration ash of sewage sludge, or blast furnace slag, steel slag, copper slag, glass waste, glass cullet, ceramic waste materials, clinker ash, waste bricks, construction waste materials, concrete waste materials, or the like are cited as the waste materials used as the aggregate.
