Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful for preventing and/or treating thrombosis, arteriosclerosis, ischemic cardiopathy, gastric ulcer, hypertension, etc., due to its agonistic action on PGI2 receptors.
CONSTITUTION: The objective compound of formula I {formula II is formula III or IV [(p) is 0-4; (e) is 3-5; (q) is 0-2], etc.; A is COW, NR4-Y [W is NR2R3 or NR4-OR5 (R2 and R3 are H, phenyl, etc.; R4 is H, 1-6C alkyl, etc.; R5 is phenyl, 4- to 7-membered unsaturated mono-and heterocyclic ring containing one N atom, etc.), etc.; Y is CO-R5, CO-U-NR2R3 (U is single bond or 1-4C alkylene), etc.], etc.; R1 is H or 1-4C alkyl, with the proviso that (q) is not 0 when A is NR4-Y} or its salt, e.g. [1-(2-(N,N-diphenylamino)aminocarbonyl)ethyl) benzocycloheptan-6-yl]oxyacetic acid. This compound of formula I is obtained by reacting an amine of formula V (R1a is 1-4C alkyl) with a (thio)carboxylic acid of the formula Y-OH.
