A liquid tank 4 is provided with a liquid storage tank 29 that separates a refrigerant passed through a condensing portion 11 into gas and liquid and stores the refrigerant and a low-temperature refrigerant passage 28 that circulates a low-temperature refrigerant evaporated and vaporized by an evaporator inside or outside of the liquid storage tank 29. The refrigerant in the liquid storage tank 29 of the liquid tank 4 can be cooled by the low-temperature refrigerant, and the liquid tank 4 is integrally provided for the condenser 3. Since the refrigerant in the liquid storage tank 29 of the liquid tank 4 can be supercooled by the low-temperature refrigerant, the cooling performance equal to that of the condenser with the subcool portion can be ensured even while the subcool portion is abolished and the size of the condenser is reduced.
