Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensing device capable of raising a degree of vacuum in a body shell.SOLUTION: A body shell 12 of a condensing device 10 according to an embodiment is provided with a main temperature measuring instrument 19 which measures internal temperature, and an auxiliary condensing device 15 is provided with an auxiliary temperature measuring instrument 29 which measures temperature of auxiliary condensate 14. The condensing device 10 has: a high temperature introduction line 23 which has a high temperature introduction port 25 for introducing the auxiliary condensate 14 in the body shell 12 when the temperature of the auxiliary condensate 14 is higher than the internal temperature of the body shell 12; and a low temperature introduction line 24 which has a low temperature introduction port 27 for similarly introducing the auxiliary condensate 14 when the temperature of auxiliary condensate 14 is lower. In addition, the high temperature introduction line 23 is provided with a high temperature on-off valve 26, and the low temperature introduction line 24 is provided with a low temperature on-off valve 28. Then, the low temperature introduction port 27 is arranged at a position higher than the high temperature introduction port 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
