PURPOSE: To accurately measure the amount of geometrical deviation of the condensing lens of a solid-state image sensing device in its position through a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A solid-state image sensing device is equipped with a condensing lens on its photoelectric conversion section, photodetective sections 38B and 38C are possessed of condensing lenses 33 on photoelectric conversion sections and arranged on a part, not used to transmit effective signals, of the image sensing device, wherein the centers 37 of the condensing lenses 33 are made to deviate from the centers 36 of light receiving openings in opposite directions respectively. By this constitution, the amount of deviation of the condensing lens 33 of a solid-state image sensing device in its position can be measured basing on the electric signals sent from the photodetective sections 38B and 38C.
