Glass phase 7 is dispersed in the outer terminal, and 30-50 volume % is present in the outer terminal. This conducting paste is for the terminal and is composed of base metal powder 8, a glass frit and organic vehicle. By containing at least one kind among, e.g. Ba(NO3)2, Sr(NO3)2 and Ca(NO3)2, oxygen is discharged at the time of baking the outer terminal. An oxide film is formed for Cu powder. The wettability with the glass frit is improved, and the minuteness of the outer terminal can be improved.
