To provide a lubricating oil composition having good abrasion resistance and oxidation stability and excellent electroconductivity.

The electroconductive lubricating oil composition is obtained by adding an antistatic agent composed of an ammonium compound of an alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid and a polyalkyl sulfone to a base oil and, as necessary, adding 0.01-5 mass% of at least one kind of wear inhibitor selected from a phosphate, a phosphite, an acid phosphate and an amine salt of the acid phosphate and further, as necessary, at least one kind of antioxidant selected from an alkylated diphenylamine, an alkylated phenyl-α-naphthylamine and hindered phenols, one or more kinds, etc., of dispersing agents, metal deactivators and corrosion inhibitors thereto.
