Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coupling agent usable for positive and negative electrodes, and arranged so that a coulomb efficiency can be improved, and a rate characteristic which enables a quick response and cycle characteristics which enable the achievement of a long life can be improved.SOLUTION: A coupling agent of an active material and/or a conductive material usable for a positive electrode and/or a negative electrode comprises: a polymer electrolytic composition having a quaternary ammonium salt structure including quaternary ammonium cations and fluorine-containing anions, and produced by graft-polymerizing a molten salt monomer composition having a polymerizable functional group with fluorine-based polymer, preferably with a grafting rate of 41-90 mol%; an electric charge transfer ion source; and preferably, a viscosity-adjuster.
