Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a sample that can be used for high-magnification observation with an electron microscope through simplified preparation steps that can be performed in an extremely short period of time.SOLUTION: Disclosed are; a conductive coating agent for electron microscopes, which contains poly(2,3-dihydrothieno-1,4-dioxin)-poly(styrenesulfonate) as an effective ingredient; and a method of preparing a sample for electron microscopes, which includes a step of applying to a sample the conductive coating agent for electron microscopes containing poly(2,3-dihydrothieno-1,4-dioxin)-poly(styrenesulfonate) as an effective ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
