A conductive composition contains conductive fine particles (A), an acrylic binder (B), and a compound (C) represented by the following general formula (1) and having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000-20,000, with (l+n)/m=20/80 to 80/20. There is also provided a transparent conductive film formed by applying the conductive composition to a transparent base material.
