Abstract:

To provide a conductive element having little induction loss and high conductivity, along with a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide a photosensitive material for forming the conductive element, suitable for obtaining the conductive element.

The conductive element includes support, a metal mesh layer containing a mesh made of a conductive metal, and a conductive particle-containing layer having a binder content of ≤0.2 g/m2. The conductive element is manufactured by the manufacturing method comprising subjecting the photosensitive material for forming the conductive element to pattern exposure and a developing process, the photosensitive material having support, a silver-salt-containing layer, and a conductive particle-containing layer with a binder content of ≤0.2 g/m2.
