To provide a conductive washer which can reduce resistance at the connection part of an electrode tab due to oxidation coating or the like without accompanying reduction of productivity and increase of cost.
A conductive washer 50 is formed by a conductive material and connects the unit cells of upper and lower side in the laminate direction by being interposed between the electrode tabs of a plurality of unit cells laminated. It has a projected portion 501 which removes a part of the surface of the electrode tab by being interposed between the electrode tabs. The projected portion, when the conductive washer 50 is fastened between the electrode tabs, pierces the oxidation coating on the surface of the electrode tabs and reaches the metal portion.
