To provide conductive particulates which have low connection resistance values, which are small in variations of conductive performance of the particles, and which are superior in conductive reliability, and provide an anisotropic conductive material which has the low connection resistance values using the conductive particulates, which are small in variations of the conductive performance of the particles, and which is superior in the conductive reliability.
The conductive particulates have base material particulates of which the surfaces are covered with a conductive membrane and have a plurality of projections heaved on the surface of the conductive membrane. The conductive particulates have a core substance heaving the surface of the conductive membrane on the surfaces of the base material particulates, and the core substance is constituted by using a conductive substance different from the conductive substance constituting the conductive membrane. Moreover, the conductive particulates have a particle-like core substance constituted by using the conductive substance on the surfaces of the base material particulates. The base material particulates and the core substance are covered with a plating coat, and the conductive particulates have the plurality of the projections in which the plating coat is heaved on the surface by means that the core substance is covered. The anisotropic conductive material uses the conductive particulates which are dispersed in a resin binder.
