Abstract:

To provide a conductive polyacetal resin composition excellent in conductivity, impact resistance, heat-resistant stability and low formaldehyde odor releasability without impairing excellent mechanical properties inherent in polyacetal resin.

Conductive polyacetal resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a polyacetal resin, 3 to 15 pts.wt. of conductive carbon black, 1 to 60 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin, 0 to 1 pt.wt. of a hindered phenolic antioxidant, and 0 to 5 pts.wt. of a formaldehyde-reactive nitrogen-containing compound is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin is dispersed in the polyacetal resin phase in an average particle diameter of ≤0.5 μm.
