Abstract:
Provided are: a conducting polymer composite structure, which does not require any separator between electrodes, can be reduced in size, can be produced at reduced cost and with improved workability, and has an excellent impact resistance; a process for producing the conducting polymer composite structure; and an actuator element using the conducting polymer composite structure. The conducting polymer composite structure includes at least one conducting polymer layer, and is a structure in which a surface layer of the conducting polymer layer is an insulating layer.
