Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a partial discharge inhibiting function having high reliability at low cost by applying semiconductor paints consisting of carbon powder, which does not permeate into a main insulation and has specified grain size, and binder resin onto the surface of the main insulation. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor paints 5 composed of carbon powder, which does not permeate into the main insulation 102 and has grain size such as 2000 mesh, and the binder resin such as phenol group resin having rapid hardenability are applied onto the surface of the main insulation 102. Resin, characteristics thereof are not changed by impregnating resin used in case of full impregnation system insulating treatment executed in the last process of a rotor core, is selected as the binder resin. Accordingly, the partial discharge inhibiting function, cost thereof is low and which has high reliability, can be obtained.
