Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a conductor plate for stacked ceramic capacitor internal electrode in which an internal stress of an internal electrode layer is small and delamination or crack does not occur even if a thickness of the internal electrode layer is thin.
CONSTITUTION: In a conductor paste for stacked ceramic capacitor internal electrode which contains at least palladium powder as a conductor material and further is formed by uniformly mixing an organic resin component and an organic solvent component, the average grain diameter of the palladium powder is 0.1 to 0.3μm and the crystal diameter is 300&angst or more.
