To provide a conductor protector whose spring which is extended out of a rigid part and used for the protection of a conductor is fixed more securely.

A conductor protector is composed of at least a rigid part 2 which has an inner space through which a conductor 3 is made to penetrate and openings, the conductor 3 protruding from the inner space of the rigid part 2 to the outside of the rigid part 2 and a spring 6 which is provided so as to cover the conductor 3 from the inner space part to the protruding part. The spring 6 is mated with a female screw thread formed on the inner wall of the rigid part 2.
