This cone is set on a road in order to discriminate a road section to be temporarily closed by a work. An emitting part 101 is set on the head top part of the cone, and a control part 102 for controlling a prescribed component and/or a prescribed related element related to the cone and/or the other cone set on the outside of the cone and a power source part 103 for supplying a power thereto are set in the space excluding the head top part within the cone. The emitting part 101 is formed of n-pieces (n≥1) of small chambers formed by partitioning the internal space of the emitting part 101 by a horizontal angle (360/n)°, and emitters are arranged in the respective small chambers. The whole internal space of the emitting part 101 is covered with a transparent or colored translucent wall material, and the control part 102 has a two-way communicating means for transmitting and receiving various data and/or various pieces of instruction information and/or various pieces of voice information.
