Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an object in cross reference with an entire file without taking a position on the displayed file into account and to display much more objects in cross reference with the file in a short time.
SOLUTION: In the electronic conference aid system, a common information processing unit 1 that has a common display section 11 with a sufficient size for participants to view and pluralities of personal information processing units 2 each having a personal display section 21 for exclusive display are interconnected as a network by a data communication line 3. In the case of referencing comments and reference materials or the like as objects with a file displayed on the common display section 11 or the personal display section 21, the objects are not immediately imbeded to a specific position of the file but the objects are displayed at unspecified positions on the file as a pre-stage to show cross-reference.
