Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a confidential facsimile equipment by storing a received data tentatively so as to utilize personal designation information, thereby allowing only a designated recipient to receive a picture signal. CONSTITUTION:The individual designation information ID is registered at a transmission side and in sending a picture signal data to be treated confidentially, the individual designation information ID as well as the picture signal are sent to a receiving side. The picture signal is distributed in a buffer 11 in the confidential facsimile equipment 1 at the receiving side and the individual designation information ID is distributed respectively to an ID input/output section 12. An ID recognizing section 14 decodes the individual designation information ID to recognize the designated destination and an incoming call notice representing that the picture signal is sent to the concerned person is outputted from the output circuit of the confidential facsimile equipment 1 to the designated recipient 100 while utilizing recording paper. Thus, the facsimile equipment is operated while the confidentiality of contents of communication is secured.
