Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject textured yarn with a solid-color tone and a hard twist woven fabric in spite of possession of triple twist structure by singly winding core yarn with sheath yarn and further the yarn with another sheath yarn so as to make a specific thickness ratio.
CONSTITUTION: Core yarn A is singly wound with sheath yarn B in an alternate twist pattern and then with sheath yarn C singly and triply in a ratio satisfying the formula to give the objective textured yarn.
