Abstract:
To provide materials which can have a function for preventing hair loss and/or promoting hair growth, which is the same or better as compared with that of conventional hair growth agents, and which have better physiological properties such as stability to water than them.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a composition for preventing hair loss, and more particularly, a compound having a structure in which minoxidil and a peptide are chemically linked, and to a pharmaceutical composition or cosmetic composition for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth containing the same. Since the compound having a structure in which minoxidil and a peptide of the present invention are chemically linked is not only excellent in physiological activities, such as improving hair loss, promoting hair growth, and promoting cell growth, but also excellent in stability in water, it may be usefully used as a composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
