Abstract:
To provide a novel conjugate polymer having a high carrier movement degree and a high solubility, an organic semiconductor layer using them, and an organic thin film transistor.SOLUTION: A conjugate polymer is represented by the following formula (1). (Here, each of A, C, and E indicates a divalent coupling group containing at least one ring of a group consisting of thiophene ring, furan ring, selenophene ring, thiazole ring, thiophene ring, 2-ethenyl thiophene ring, and benzene ring. B indicates a cyclopentabiphenylene structure indicated by one kind of a group consisting of formulae (B-1) to (B-18). D indicates a fused bicyclic to fused seven cyclic divalent coupling group containing at least one kind of a group consisting of a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom, a selenium atom, and a nitrogen atom in a cyclic constituent atom. b indicates 1 to 3, and each of a, c, d, and e indicate 0 to 3, respectively, and at least one of a, c, d, and e is 1 or larger. n indicates an integer number of 2 or larger.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
