Abstract:
To provide a conjugate which can position a joined material, and can prevent the protrusion of a solder material or the like while reducing a processing time and labor, and a cost.SOLUTION: A conjugate C1 is constituted of a first metal body M1 as a joined body 10 having a protrusion 10a, a second metal body M2 as a joined body 20 having a recess 20a into which the protrusion can be fit, and a third metal body M3 placed on a bottom part 20b of the recess in a state that the first metal body and the second metal body are not joined yet, and lower than constituent materials of the first metal body and the second metal body in a melting point. A female screw part 21 and a clearance part 22 which is formed at a bottom part side of the female screw part, and into which the third metal body intrudes are formed at the second metal body, and a male screw part 11 screwed with the female screw part at the second metal body side is formed at the first metal body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
