Title:
CONNECTING APPARATUS FOR MEASURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3162475
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a connecting apparatus for measuring electronic components which makes it easy to measure the operation of the electronic components mounted on a printed circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: An insertion hole 12 is formed on the upper surface of a measuring socket 1 in order to insert a pin 10b of an electronic component 10 thereinto. At the same time, a lead 11 is provided in the conducting state with the insertion hole 12 on the lower surface of the socket 1 so as to be connected with a mounting socket 51. One end of a conductor wire 22 for the lead side is connected to the lead 11, and a connecting tool 61 for the lead side is set at the other end of the wire 22. Moreover, the connecting tool 61 is detachably fitted with a connecting tool 62 for a measuring device attached to one end of a conductor wire 23 for the measuring device. A connector 31 is connected to the other end of the conductor wire 23 so as to be connected with an input part 41 of the measuring device 4.
