To dispense with the conventional steel-made hinge by simplifying a connecting and oscillating mechanism of a panel such as a ceiling panel or the like, reduce the manhour of connection for panels, surely attain the connecting accuracy of panels, hold the air-tightness of a connecting part of panels and eliminate the need of fitting the conventional gasket, reduce manufacturing cost and improve the appearance.

With a first panel 1 and a second panel 2 connected to each other substantially horizontally through a connecting member 3, a first hinge constituting part 12 of the first panel 1 is stored in a recessed part 39 of a third hinge constituting part 32 of the connecting member 3, and a second hinge constituting part 22 of the second panel 2 is stored in a recessed part 49 of a fourth hinge constituting part 42 of the connecting member 3. With respect to the connecting member 3, the first panel 1 is pivoted about 80° on the end face 17 having a substantially circular-arc section of the tip of the engagement part 16 of the first hinge constituting part 12, and the second panel 2 is pivoted about 80° with respect to the connecting member 3, on the end face 27 having a substantially circular-arc section of the tip of the engagement part 26 of the second hinge constituting part 22.
