PURPOSE: To surely connect electrodes for an electronic component even when the electrodes to be connected to each other become small and a pitch between the electrodes becomes small in a connecting method in which the electrodes are connected by conductive particles.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive particles 4 are scattered on a flat plate 9 (A), the conductive particles 4 scattered on the plane plate 9 are pressurized onto, stuck into, and applied to, the electrodes 6, on one side, to be connected (B), (C), the electrodes 6 on one side, to which the conductive particles 4 have been applied are aligned with electrodes on the other side, and the electrodes 6 on one side are connected to the electrodes 2 on the other side via the conductive particles 4 (D).
