Abstract:
PURPOSE:To conduct the exfoliation of a film and the connection work of the magnet wire simultaneously in a short time, and to connect said wire and the commutator bar with high reliability by using a pressure welding terminal with a U slot and a spot welding machine. CONSTITUTION:The magnet wire 6 with the insulating film is set in an indentation of a commutator mold 3 and a wire fixing ring 4, and the pressure welding terminal 1 is set where capable of inserting into the grooves of the commutator copper bar 2. One electrode 8 of the electrodes 7, 8 of the spot welding machine is pushed against the bar 2. The terminal 1 is pushed in by means of the electrode 7. The film of the wire 6 is broken gradually by means of the terminal 1. The terminal 1 is pushed against the bar 2, and the noses e of the terminal 1 and the bar 2 are welded while the wire 6, the film thereof is broken, and the terminal 1 are pressure-welded by means of the U slot. In this case, the temperature of the terminal 1 also rises, and pressure-welding sections d are bonded to the wire 6.
