Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain elastic deformation of a bearing easily in the oil film pressure of a level smaller than that of a prior art by arranging a parts slit along a circumferential direction in a crank pin axial direction on only a cap side from a large end part bearing matching surface, and reducing the rigidity of a bearing radial direction.
SOLUTION: In a parts slit 13, the slit shaped space of a crank pin direction is formed on a part thereof from a cap matching surface 11 along a bearing circumferential direction. The parts slit 13 is cut in an axial direction uniformly. As a result, in the circumferential direction range in which the parts slit 3 is arranged, the rigidity of the radial direction of the bearing is reduced compared with that of a prior arts in which a parts slit is not formed. In the case of lubricating oil pressure of a comparatively low level comparing with the prior arts, elastic deformation of the bearing radial direction in the bearing surface of the parts slit 13 is obtained easily. It is thus possible to mitigate reduction of lubricating performance by closing in of a bearing, and form an oil film easily.
