Abstract:
PURPOSE: To present the integration feeling of a bay window and a building main body and simply connect a bay window sash unit and a bay window wall unit with the work from the indoor side.
CONSTITUTION: The frame material of a bay window sash unit 4 is formed into a U-shaped cross section opened upward or downward. Bolt insertion holes are provided on the vertical piece on the indoor side of the frame material. A vertical piece is protruded from the vicinity of the end section on the indoor side of the horizontal frame of a bay window wall unit A. Nuts communicated to holes of the vertical piece are fixed. The vertical piece is overlapped on the vertical piece on the indoor side of the frame material having the U-shaped cross section. Bolts inserted through the bolt insertion holes are coupled with the nuts provided on the vertical piece. A caulking material is filled between the end section of the bay window sash unit 4 and the end section of the bay window wall unit A on the outside of the vertical piece on the indoor side of the frame material having the U-shaped cross section.
