Abstract:
To provide structure at low cost and in which appearance of a pipe connecting part is favourable.
A disc 24 is previously installed on one end of a horizontal pipe 17, a screw part 23b of a bolt 23 is projected from a peripheral surface of a vertical pipe 16, the screw part 23b of this bolt 23 is screwed and connected to a screw hole 26 of the disc 24, an end surface of the horizontal pipe 17 is made in a state to be simply made contact with a side surface of the vertical pipe 16 in outer appearance and they can be fixed and connected to each other.
