A pipe 7, in which an end cone 6 with a joint-bolt inserting hole is mounted at an end section and which is made of a metal, and a ball joint 1 with a plurality of tapped holes 13 are connected by a joint bolt 2 and a collar 3 disposed on the outer circumference of the joint bolt 2. A pin 12 is buried to the shaft section of the joint bolt 2, a sliding groove 5 engaged with the pin 12 is formed to the inner circumferential surface of the collar 3, and a through-hole 9, into which a joint-bolt push bar 8, in which a front end is engaged with the thread groove of the joint bolt 2, is inserted detachably, is formed to the end cone 6 at that time.
