The connection authentication is requested for establishing a communication link from each radio communication terminal to a radio station. A link management part receives, from each radio communication terminal via a radio channel, the authentication information of each radio terminal generated on the basis of identification information that is provided from an identification information management part and registered in each radio communication terminal. It is investigated whether or not the received authentication information is matched with a plurality of authentication information candidates generated on the basis of a plurality of pieces of identification information provided from the identification information management part, and the radio communication terminal that transmits the authentication information matched with the plurality of authentication information candidates is authenticated. The identification information management part manages the identification information that is used for generating the authentication information candidates matched with the authentication information of the authenticated radio communication terminal and the authenticated radio communication terminal by relating them to each other.
