To provide a connection device of a column and a desk leg body in a desk with a shelf, composed by providing a means for mitigating a level difference between the column and the outer side face of the leg body on a leg attaching member connecting the column positioned at an end part and the leg body at the end part in the desk with the shelf in a structure wherein the desk is configured by attaching the leg body to each column by the leg attaching member and attaching a top plate between the adjacent leg bodies, a bracket is freely detachably attached to the prescribed height position of the column at the upper part of the desk and both side parts of a shelf plate are mounted on the adjacent brackets.
The leg attaching member 5 for the end part attached to the rear end face of the leg body 4 is connected to the column 3, and the leg attaching member is provided with a decorative part B which approaches the outer side face of the leg body from the exposed front surface of the column to the front over the entire height of the leg attaching member.
