Abstract:

To provide a connection method of an impervious sheet having a highly impervious property and which can be easily connected and its joint member.

The joint part 12 located at the side end of the impervious sheet 2 at the time when it is installed in an excavation groove 4, is connected to the joint member 11 installed in the excavation groove in advance, in this connection method of the impervious sheet. The joint member is erected in the excavation groove with a specified distance and the connection part of the impervious sheet wider than the distance of the joint member is connected to the joint member and the joint member is rotated around the axial center of the joint member. In this way, the impervious sheet is wound up on the outer periphery of the joint member.
