Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance assembly operating performance with a connection structural section improved for a motor with a board, and also make the device more compact by forming parts of conducting plates in its casing by insert molding, and let both ends of each aforesaid molded part be brought into contact elastically with the terminals of the motor and the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The rotational output of a motor 9b in the casing 9a of an optical axis adjustment unit 9 is transmitted to a drive rod 9d via a reduction gear group 9c, and the drive rod is thereby advanced/moved backward to the direction normal to space. A female screw is formed in the center hole of the rod 9d, and a male screw 9c is thereby threadedly engaged therewith. When the screw stem 9e is rotated, it is advanced/moved backward with respect to the rod 9d. This mechanism is used for aiming. In order to produce electrical continuity between each terminal 9b1 and 9b2 of the motor 9b and the terminal of a board 10, a conducting plate A12 and a conducting plate B13 are provided. Both ends of the conducting plates A12 and B13 are bent, the center sections 12a and 13a of them are buried in the casing 9a by insert molding so as to be fixed, and spring pieces 12b and 13b for the motor at the end sections of the conducting plates are brought into contact elastically with the terminals 9b1 and 9b2 of the motor 9b so as to allow electricity to be conducted. Similarly spring pieces 12c and 13c for the board 10 at the end sections of the conducting plates A12 and B13 are brought into contact with the terminal of the board 10 so as to allow electricity to be conducted.
