Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the continuity defect of a solar cell to an external circuit in an electronic apparatus which uses the solar cell as a power supply.

CONSTITUTION: The continuity of a solar cell 1 to an internal circuit is established through a thermocompression-bonded film substrate 2 and a connecting spring 8. A silver conductive layer 22a on the film substrate 2 is formed to be a constricted shape between an output electrode 13 for the solar cell 1 and a contact part 8a for the connecting spring 8, and it is coated with an anisotropic conductive layer 24 so as to increase bonding strength. Thereby, a stable connection structure can be realized by a simple structure, and it is possible to prevent a drop in a defect rate in its manufacture and to prevent a fault from being generated during its usage.
