To provide a connection structure of terminals for a battery, by which the terminals for the battery can be surely connected to battery electrodes of their corresponding polarities of a battery body without erroneously connecting them.

The battery body 27 is equipped with positive and negative battery electrodes 29, 30 respectively provided in two receiving spaces 32, 33 surrounded by an insulating wall portion 27a of the external wall thereof, and terminal insert ports 32a (33a) in which only a terminal for battery 24 (25) corresponding to the battery electrode 29 (30) within each receiving space 32 (33) can be inserted. Each terminal for battery 24 (25) is equipped with a connecting flat plate part 24a (25a) having a predetermined sectional form fittable only in the corresponding terminal insert port 32a (33a). The terminal insert port 32a has an opening width a1 wide than an opening width c1 of the terminal insert port 33a and an opening height b1 lower than an opening height d1 of the terminal insert port 33a.
