Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively latch a connecting terminal for cable by forming an upper side part of plural part banks, and continuously providing plural housing chambers for part banks in a support board. CONSTITUTION: Housing chambers 8-12 for fitting part banks 3-7 are continuously arranged in two lines on a support board 1. These housing chambers 8-12 are respectively provided with plural partitioning walls 19, and divided into separate small chambers 20. Each small chamber 20 is provided with, for example, ten connecting terminals 23 for five double-core cables. Part banks 3-7 are pushed for mounting on a connecting element 23 vertically arranged from the housing chambers 8-12. Outside of each outer wall 16 of the housing chambers 8-12 is provided with four latch pieces 18, and they are engaged with latching recessed parts 17 of each wall of the part banks 3-7 by snapping. Each part bank 3-7, which is provided with five terminals for double-core cables, are arranged in two lines and continuously latched on the support board.
