Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance molding precision of a fuel passage part.
SOLUTION: In an injector connector block with which a fuel passage 3 is integrated, a fuel rail 4 having the fuel passage 3 is previously primary- molded. A plurality of positioning protrusions 7 in relation to a metal mold for secondary molding are arranged on the fuel rail 4 along the longitudinal direction. The fuel rail 4 is hooked on the metal mold in the positioned state, and secondary molding is performed. Therefore, since positional deviation is not generated on the fuel rail 4 even if the fuel rail 4 receives injection pressure, the connector block can be precisely formed.
