Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold a connector having a frame and automatically mound it by providing a plate part to be held by the frame and a protruding part to be held by a carrying device.
SOLUTION: An attachment member 20 is inserted between a pair of frames 15, 15 of a connector while guided by the guide groove parts of the frames 15, 15. When the member 20 is inserted into an insulator 3, and nipped by contact parts 7a in the plate thickness direction, the lower edge surface makes contact with the bottom surface of the groove part of the insulator 3 to limit the further inserting operation. At this time, the first holding surface 21a and upper plate thickness edge surface of the attachment member 20 are situated on the same level as the extended end surface of the frame 15, the member 20 is held by the connector with a high nipping strength. A protruding part 21 is adsorbed or nipped by an automatic mounting device and carried.
