To prevent water invasion into a connector of a power cable when a ground line is provided at the connector for the power cable, while facilitating assembly.
The cable conductors 5, 5 exposed at the terminal of the power cable are connected by a conductor connector 3 having conductivity. An insulation rubber block 110 coats a cable insulator 12 coating the cable conductors 5 and the conductor connector 3 connected to the cable conductors 5, and a metal shield layer 124 connected to a wire shield 14 for coating the cable insulation body 12 is disposed at an outer-periphery of the insulation rubber block 110. The connector as constituted above is coated by a thermal contraction impervious tube 140 which is contracted by heating, and a drawer bar 151 extended from the inner portion to the outer portion of the thermal contraction impervious tube 140 to be disposed connects the wire shield 14, the metal shield layer 124 in the thermal contraction impervious tube 140 with the ground line 150 outside the thermal contraction impervious tube 140.
