Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video camera having a connector switching device by which an analogue connector and a digital connector can be easily changed between each other on the VTR main body side.
SOLUTION: A connector switching device 10 is disposed on an industrial digital camera 1 on the side of a front surface 6a of a VTR main body 6. This connector switching device 10 is composed of an installation plate 12 rotatably supported through shafts 13 between upper and lower parts of a base plate 11 and provided with a first connector installation part and a second connector installation part, an analogue connector 15 fixed to the first connector installation part on this installation plate 12, a digital connector 17 fixed to the second connector installation part on the installation plate 12, etc. An analogue connector 7 and a digital connector 8 are respectively disposed on a back surface 2a of a camera main body 2 to face the connectors 15, 17. The connectors 15, 17 are changed from each other by rotation of the installation plate 12 to be respectively connected to the applicable connectors 7, 8.
